We are in the process of leaving orange and need to go back to vodafone, I am aware that there are mobile sognal boosters for a couple of hundred quid which will boost the weak signal.

anyone got one they can comment on?

leaving Orange to go Vodafone? Thats strange, I did the reverse when I realised that Vodafone actually didn't care about SME's anymore. Their customer service went so far down-hill that it was ridiculous. They didn't want to keep our business either.

Orange haven't been that bad, and the big sweetener they gave us helped too.

Orange customer service has been a little better than vodafone, however their network coverage (where we go) is much worse. Also the deal we'll get from vodafone give us a lot more for less cash, and our biggest 2 customers are also on vodafone business so it will save us more cash..

And the orange answerphone is shocking!

orange answerphone? i agree, I hate having to press "3" to listen to my messages, but it isn't shocking!

When we moved, we basically got 5 months free in terms of credit, and HTC TyTN II (8 of them). We only spend about £900 a month, so I reckon we got a cracking deal!!

BUT, if reception is an issue, then you have no choice really.

Having been in the industry for quite a long time I would advise you go through a B2B Dealer. You can then call him/her to call customer services for you etc. Especially if your spending a half decent amount per month.

If you want any recommendations pm me I know a few in the industry
