I know this has been done before as I have been looking through the old threads but I am interested to know what people think of the Toyo's and the Falkens as I seem to have whittled the choice down to these two or possibly Dunlop SP Sport Maxx?
Is it right the Falkens don't agree with the road response pack as I have just had this pack fitted and are the Toyo's that quick at wearing out?

Not quite sure what you mean about the road response pac? Falkens are just floppy, no sidewall strength. Wont change what the bushes do, just you won't feel the benefit as the tyre will just roll on the sidewalls. My advice, stick to the stock tyre. Havn't found anything else as good re sidewall strength.
My only disagreement with Roger is over the stock OEM tyres as I've had them now on 2 cars and both times they have performed terribly.
After running a spare set of continentals for the last few months my next new set will be these running the 245's at the rear - they have a much better ride and response to the standard ones and certainly quieter in my experience.

F*ck*n' F*lk*ns
I narrowed down my choice to staying on the road instead of more F*lk*ns....
As roger says on high speed cornering its a bit of a case of flip a coin to see if you are going to go where you intend or where the falkens are going to take you(unnervingly)
Sorry forgot new etiquette! 18's on bridgestones now.

Put it this way I have 2 245/35/19 Falkens new in the garage but I`m not going to sell to anyone here as they are a really poor tyre for the `ro`.
I think the op ref to the Monkfish RR pack was from me, when this all kicked off about the Falkens and some were still insistant that they were the best tyres ever I concluded that as the RR pack did make the car handle differently and took all the slack out then a poor tyre would feel even poorer IMO.
I like the PO`s even though the grip isn`t best its the best all rounder for my driving style and I get 10,000+ iles per rear set too.
