What's the easiest way of repairing a hole in the roof of a car?

Small round hole, around the diameter of a 5p coin, was previously used for an aerial
It's right at the back of the car, which is an estate so access to the hole from inside is fairly easy.

Doesn't need to look perfect. Just needs to stop rain getting through and not be too noticeable on first glance of the car. A spray of Halfords' nearest matching paint will do for a finish.

Bridge with isopon's bridging compound (basically fibreglass reinforced filler) from inside. Quick skim over the outside with ordinary filler/stopper. Then your Halfords paint over the top.

Alternatively and probably neater considering you've had to ask,why not just get a blanking grommet of the appropriate size and paint that with your halfords spray can.
