Hello chaps,

I have a '94 400 and I am hoping to brighten up the dash area a little..... The car already has Leven stalks but I am hoping to change both the heater controls from the black plastic type to the alloy ones from a later model and also the blower switch to the later alloy type. Bell Hill have both items in stock at the moment. I am pretty sure that the heater controls should be a straight swap but what about the fan switch?
Secondly, does anybody have a 'how to' guide for these changes? I am a little daunted at getting the dash off and back on to say the least...... Are there any potential pit falls that I should be aware of? Whilst the dash top is off I intend treating it to the Leven vents too....
Lastly, (sorry for all of the questions) are the Leven alloy caps for the lights switches any good? There doesn't appear to be a great deal of space for them to fit.....??

Cheers,

IanM

Ian,

I've got an early Chim and have added the leven alloy caps and the leven alloy heater/blower knob. They look really good and are very easy to fit. Only downside is they aren't cheap!
