Grantura/Griffith brakes

Hi, I'm new to this but I'm trying to fix up a 63 v8 grantura and I was wondering what mods can be done to the brakes for the track? At the moment it has Girling 15 calipers and 275mm x 9.5mm discs with a 11/16' master + hydrovac booster. I want to put some sort of period set up on it like volvo 4 spot calipers and vented discs. Has anyone done this sort of thing and can you tell me what parts you used. I don't mind if I have to machine up a new stub axle to fit a vented disc. Thanks
