Hi there,

Am interested in buying a used ERA HSS single seater car, (design from www.tigerracing.com)

Anybody any experience with these cars, this one has a Zetec 1800 engine.

What should I look out for, pitfalls, experiences, drivingexperiences etc etc

Planning to use the car just for trackdays in Belgium

thanks for your help

Ronny

Saw them at Stoneleigh - the shells looked high quality and the team seemed pretty switched on. The turnkey/demo cars there were tidy and clean under the bonnet too.

I raced one once a couple of years ago. It's not a car you'll be quick in from the outset - it's a precision tool that rewards effort. As a result, it would be a fascinating long-term proposition with which to hone your driving skills. I'd love one!

thanks for you reply.

Adam would you consider it as a feasible car for somebody to start with trackdays.
Is it very difficult to set the car up, I mean the suspension.

I am not the most experienced guy on racing and trackdays. On the other hand for what it's worth I drive since many many years 911's as my daily ride

Thanks again

Ronny
