T350 squeek and rear window issue!

I have just bought my 1st TVR! Iv wanted a T350 for around two years now and have finaly ended up getting one.
I decided to buy from a dealer to get a warranty for a piece of mind, but have 2 issues since I have bought the car. Its is a 2003 with 23,000 miles.
Firstly the heated rear window wires have been disconnected, but was assured by the dealer that on nearly every T350 below a 2005 this has been done due to constantly blowing fuses! Is this true?
Secondly, the car has developed a really annoying squeek coming from the rear! So I phoned the dealer up and he said to try putting sone grease on the rear exhaust mounting because that can be a common cause.
I did and it is still there! I then got underneath the car and by trying to use the process of elimination I sprayed a little WD40 on each moving component on the rear, then tried it and it is still squeeking!
Is there a common cause for squeeks on these? Any help would be much appreciated.

Rear screen - bulls
t. Mine is a 2004 and it has never had such a problem. Is the fuse for the rear screen also used for something else?
Squeaks - is this when going over bumps? Could it be the rear hatch rubbing on its seal? Exhausts tend to knock the underside of the car in my experience, not squeak. You're going to have to work out where the noise is coming from more accurately...
