S2000 Seats in a Chimera - Just
Discussion
I brought some S2000 seats on fleabay after reading an article on here about some other guy fitting these seats.
They look really good in the car, but there are some problems as the fit is incredible tight. The runners required major surgery. You have to drill out all the mounting rivets on the runners and use hex cap bolts (30mm - 4 need & 35mm x 3 need) per side to move the runners in board by about 20mm.
Mounting to the floor is a nightmare as well as there is no play.
I'll post photos later.
Personally I feel it's so much hassle it would be better to by Tuscan seats.

The seats are a bit higher, but you have to move them forward to let the roof up and down. They are very tight against the side of the body even after narraowing them with a wood working clamp by 2".
I've had to remove the seat belt holder on the seat tops as they won't fit. I am going to make a kick plate and use the mounts points from the seat belt holder to secure the plate. This should protect the seats from the car body damaging the seats.

Would like to see those S2000 ones in the flesh.
