Hi all can anyone help me?
Took the griff out tonight and some daft cow hit my door mirror with a shoping cart which has some how now caused my mirror to flop (drivers side).
Anyone out there who has managed to sort this type of probelm ou please leave a posting as I would like to sort it out on Saturday ready for her weekly spin at the weekend.

There's a floppy mirror thread in the Chim section, and also others on this site. Try and do a search, don't know whether the mirrors (Chim and Griff) have similar innards tho'

If it's anything like an S3, you'll have to take the door trim off (or loudspeaker out if you have small hands) and tighten up a nt on the inside. Tricky.

Something similar happened to my Chimaera, and it broke the metal frame inside the mirror. It was going to cost £200 to replace, as the mirror comes as a unit, so I used some "No more nails", and judicious alterations to the fixing nuts etc., and it was rock solid after that. Griff mirrors are different make though.
