Annoying Rattle - Rear Screen - Solutions ?

After a year of putting up with a very annoying rattle and practically dismantling the car from behind therear seats in a quest to identify the culprit, I finally found it is the rear screen particularly when tentioned (a la Targa).

Question is there anything to prevent this? Being the screen I can hardly tighten it, place rattle strips etc. Anyone come across this and what have they done if anything to limit or cure this?

Try self adhesive velcro circles on the struts in the middle where they hinge.

One of my struts came loose at the top of the targa. eeek! It gave a hardly-audible rattle, but a rattle nevertheless. I presume you've checked yours.

I had the same thing two weeks ago, also checked the other strut and that nut was loose too.
It did give some kind of rattle, the rubber cover is stuck on with glue but are easily removed.
Did replace the nuts with lock thight and re glued the rubber covers.

Its def not the struts - they are tight & rattle free, it appears to be the actual plastic in the windows !!!
