The smilie menu

Everytime I click on the link for the smilies two windows (containing the same list) are opened. Whats going on?

What internet browser are you using? As this isn't something we have experienced under testing, and trying here, I can't get it to do it.

Microsoft Internet Explorer (apoligies if there is a specific version I should have quoted, I'm not particularly clued up on this)

Its still doing it btw
