Hi guys, I have tried a search but cant find much on the campsite on PH.
This year i am going to try the Tertre Rouge campsite. Would anyone please be kind enough to tell me how to get into the campsite, as in were the entrance is? I have heard that the roads are one way and it can be tricky to locate. Is it sign posted at all? Like last year the Karting Nord was located by following the Green signs, so what about the Tertre?
Also has anyone got any feed back on this site regarding camping (tent)and or?
Thanks for your input, and see you there if you are on the same campsite.

Entrance to the campsite is here: http://www.flashearth.com/?lat=47.962428&lon=0...
Right by the white van under the trees.

Follow the signs Rouge parking on the main roads around the circuit, or better still put the lat/lon in a satnav.

Site is noisy and dusty, but right on the track, take some earplugs if you require any sleep at all..
Showers and loos are well maintained but due to the amount of passing public we've suffered some thievery in the past so lock up your valuables.

Good site, I like it, p'raps we'll see you there, pop in for a beer where you see the sign: http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb190/TeamGibbo...
Cheers
Dave

Earplugs, are you kidding? Best sleep I get all year is sleeping near the track at Karting Nord while the rithmic roar of the cars goes by. Someone should record it and put it on disk, like they do with ocean/beach sounds. Doubt the neighbors will like it then I use it at Le Mans volume at 2 in the morning! hehe
