Probably a scam on a hacked account, the members previously sold items are in a different area of london, unless he has moved within the last month....

But its a shame that these scammers often get away with ripping people off as greed takes over when an apparent "bargain" appears

Does anyone fall for this any more?

If I were planning a scam I'd aim for the main market. Cheaper cars which are unlikely to be the subject of owners clubs and specialists.
