E46 3-series Coupe Door Size?

Hi,

Could someone with an E46 3-series coupe please measure how long the doors are at the longest point?
I'm considering replacing my 3-door R32 with a 330Cd, but park in a relatively narrow space, so want to get some idea of how much I might struggle getting in and out!

131cm, measured along the side moulding on the drivers' door of my 330ci.

And the Coupe has frameless glass. Think it's possible to raise/lower the window from outside with the remote function - which would be useful in your circumstances.

Yes. Press and HOLD the unlock button and all the windows open, press and HOLD the lock button and the fronts close. The rear windows DO NOT shut again, they have to be done on the window switches inside. Is your parking space outside? This feature may be a problem if it is...

If you double click my unlock button rather than hold it down, it just drops the drivers door window for getting in/out - when the door closes it goes up automatically.

Also does all windows if you hold - fairly sure BMW can reprogramme this for you if you wish, will probably charge you around £300 though.

Turn your key in the door lock and hold it there, the rears and fronts will both close.

Not on my Coupe they don't... again, may be a programming thing?

hmm possibly.. works on my 325 compact - any one else tried it on a coupe?

Gave this a go on my coupe and it works, turn the key and hold and all windows including the rears close - I did not know that!
