Thanks TrackCar/Mad Mark/RaceProved...
Discussion
Bit of a late thanks, but only just back in Cov properly... thanks to all of the above for thier roles in helping us do the clutch in time for this weekends Sprint - thankfully we just about made it, despite a few set backs - it went fine.
TrackCar - thanks for sorting the slave/master for us at such ridiculously short notice! Sorry I couldnt pop up and have a chat, see you soon hopefully.
MadMark - your instructions were ace, thanks!
RaceProved - Lovely looking clutch, we'll give it hell and see how it fairs...
Not a bad job all in, bit of a pain when sleep deprived, under the car held only on axle stands/wheel ramps, whilst lying on gravel.
ah well, car went fine except the mil light stayed on for a fair while - reckon it was due to the heavy rain hopefully... either way, it sprinted fine at big revs

Hope you did well at the sprints .. well done to you both getting the task completed on time
PS Ben .. your dad always has a big smile on his face when he talks about you and your uni work, he's genuinely chuffed to bits with you!
Dad did ok, was a bit wet and the tyres have seen much better days, but I think his times were pretty reasonable considering. Also meant he got another signature, which he needs to get his National A license. I've had a rough few years with Uni/life and Dad knows it - hes been beyond supporting throughout and I am eternally in his debt for how I have been brought up. Thankfully, things are looking up for the future and I/we have some very very exciting projects on the horizon, so I hope I can continue to make him smile. trackcar said:

to you both, say hi to the family from me
Likewise, I was glad to hear you're extremely busy, hope things keep going from strength to strength, say hi to your family too and thanks to Vik for helping out too!

Exciting times ahead, will hopefully have a few interesting things to show you next time I am up there..
