im having a new clutch so while the gear box is off the car the oil can be changed, its a t5 gear box 96 ,do i go for eather
mobil atf
dextron 111
casrol synthrax 75-90
millers atf
can some one help daz

also the best diff oil to use i think mine is the BTR with the cooling fins

I've used the Castrol Synthrax 75-90 before with good results but it is a little thick when stone cold which makes for slow shifts on the shifts on the first few miles, once warmed up its excellent.

However Castrol have got some new stuff
