Hagerty Insurance

Just thought i would mention Hagerty insurance (i get my Chimaera insured through them at a great price).
However price is one thing - service is another. I needed a copy of my insurance certificate as i was at my other house and did not have the original to hand. I rang Hagerty and was amazed at how efficient and helpful they are. Got certificate at the other address the next day an unlike other insurance companies they did not charge me for the pleasure. FANTASTIC - highly recommended.

I made a boo-boo when I changed to them and had my insurance start 3 days later than it should have done - IOW, no insurance for 3 days. Fortunately I noticed in time, called Hagerty and they sent a correct certificate, FOC, straight away.

OK, they laughed at me too, but I deserved that.

They were good about the mods to the car, too; "They sound very sensible - no charge."

Great guys, great service.

Yep......great company - insurance as it should be. They know we cherish our cars and apply the risks accordingly, rather than just load it according to the performance like many others do.

Yes, Very pleased with Hagerty too and they do multiple car policies, which are cost effective.
Tuscan was cheaper with them than Chimaera insured elsewhere.
Paperwork easy to deal with minimal questions to answer etc.
Guy I spoke too had had TVRs.

Just insured the chimera with them today, saved 1/3 on what I was paying before and the other half can also drive it now (not quite shure why I did that). Also no problems with the mods and gave me a high garanteed value. Great guys only wish I'd used them earler.

Another to add to the praise. On second year with them now and recommended a mate with a Tuscan to try them. He was blown away when they halfed his next cheapest quote. Service always 5 star and friendly - nice to be able to confidently recommend a company these days .

Spoke to them again yesterday, although they couldn't offer a quote which suited me they did there best in advising & pointing me elsewhere which could. I would love to have taken a policy out with them, you just know that they know what you're talking about when it comes to the car rather than a random person sitting in a call centre.
