Houx annexe pitch + 2 general entry tickets for sale

As per the title, My pal has a Houx Annexe pitch and 2 GE tickets for sale. Bought through Just Tickets, but now he has been forced to change his plans. Not sure exactly how much he wants (yet). just wants his money back if possible. Any takers?
