ps3 - xbox wholesale

Hi all Im looking for a supplier of ps3 and xbox consoles to go with out simultor stuff, but Im struggling to find anyone that gives a decent margin... I've jumped through the hoops to get a couple of reseller accounts and so far they both work out more than I could wander down to game in the high street and buy them for !!!


anyone got any pointers?


im also looking for somewhere with good reseller pricing on hi-def lcd tvs' 22-32 inch in size

never mind bugger all most of the suppliers seem to want more than the highstreet. We really need to be able to sell complete ready to go systems as well as components but the margins are so poor We may just stick to the stuff we make..

pity... and dont mention the credit card processing costs <LOL> I though Pc margins were bad but blinking flip...

The reason you can get them for les in the hight street is bulk, the high street guys buy far more than you could imagine and can demand lower pricing from the disties. Add to that the other kit they buy, then the discount scheme can overflow into the other products.

e.g. I buy a PS3 from distie, cost 100 sell for 95, lose 5
I buy a printer from distie, normal cost 100 sell 110. make 10
Now apply an additional disount to the printer I but it for 80, sell for 110. make a lot more

Also, the high street guys make profit on the software, not the hardware.

You can't win, loss leader to gain the sale of the software which is where the profit is.
