[nekrum]

Hi

Can anyone recommend a company that provides comany formation services?.. thanks..

In the past I have used www.uk-plc.net and found them very efficient normally incorporation is done completely online and completed same day from about £35. I have only used them for standard private company incorporations but have found them to be both cheap and efficient. Their website also allows you to make ongoing changes such as appointments and resignations of directors, changes to registered office etc. No connection just a previous satisfied customer.

Used these guys to set mine up last week. Same experience as the poster above.
