TAKE PART – DON’T JUST SPECTATE, HAVE A GO, GET INVOLVED - THIS IS YOUR WEEKEND!
HERE ARE THE WAYS TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME AT SILVERSTONE.

Activity – Rally Rides
An adrenaline fuelled passenger ride around the Silverstone rally circuit in an MG ZR rally car with Matt Stephens.
Where: Rally stage at the South West corner of the circuit – drive or catch a bus from the Club Pavilion.
When: Saturday + Sunday
Cost: £30

Activity – Circuit Tours
Ever fancied driving around the iconic Silverstone circuit? Well now you can, in your own car for a fifteen minute session. When Lewis Hamilton is romping to victory at the British F1 GP you can say ‘I’ve driven that track’!
Where - The sacred Silverstone tarmac.
When - Sunday morning from 10.00 – 11
Cost: £15 – Tickets available from the club pavilion. – only 160 places, booking online advised.

Activity – The Brown & Gammons Reverse Steer MGF
Steer left you go right, steer right you go left! Have fun trying to master the reverse steer MGF!
Where - MGCC main arena
When - Saturday daytime
Cost to enter: FREE!

Activity – Wheel changing competition – with the Brown & Gammons MGF
Ever fancied yourself as an F1 mechanic? Show off your wheel changing skills in this free to enter competition.
Where – MGCC main arena

Cost to enter: FREE!

Activity – Pride of Ownership
Do you love your car? Do you think the judges will love it too? Why not enter into the Pride of Ownership?
Where: MGCC main arena
When- Sunday
Cost to enter: FREE!

Activity – The ZYMOL Concours
Originality and attention to detail take centre stage in the concours. Stunning, immaculate, beautiful cars grace Silverstone with their presence. Think your pride and joy has what it takes to compete?

Activity – Gymkhana
Fun stuff to do with your MG! Needs a crew of two people and a good sense of humour!
Where: MGGC main arena
When: Sunday
Cost: FREE!

Activity – BBQ
After an eventful day, enjoy some great food with good company. Followed by a short presentation and live music. Bar open until 12!
Where: Hospitality Marquee
When – Saturday evening.
Cost: £15

Activity - Sprint
Beat the clock in this sprint on Silverstone’s Southern Loop. Negotiate tight corners, chicanes and let your car stretch it’s legs on this mile long circuit.

Activity – Trip to Stow Gardens
An opportunity to get away from the noise! Take a leisurely stroll around the picturesque gardens, enjoy refreshments at the on site café and spend time browsing the national trust shop.
When – Sunday morning leaving at 10am – arrive back at Silverstone 2.45pm
Cost: £8 (includes entry to Stow Gardens and bus transfer)

Activity- Tour de Silverstone
The tour is a circular run of approximately 85 miles starting and finishing at Silverstone circuit with a half way stop planned at the World famous Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon, Warwickshire. The attractive route takes you through the leafy back roads of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. This is the heart of rural England where it is still possible to drive your MG on minor roads, through picturesque villages and enjoy un-spoilt countryside.
When – Friday
Cost - £20 (includes free admission to the Heritage Museum)


Activity- California Cup
The club’s premier Autotest with classes for every type of MG. A real test of skill with no car prep or competition license needed.
When – Saturday
Cost - £10 advance bookings, £13 on the day

Don’t forget there will also be racing throughout both Saturday and Sunday,
