E30 320 to 325 conversion. How hard? Is it worth it??

thinking of droppint a 2.5 lump into my 320i end of next year and would just like as much info as there is on how easy or hard it all is and if its really woth it?? cheers!

As E30 engine swaps go, it's the easiest. Still harder than buying a 325 though.
