Will we have a giant screen ???

Been to le mans 4 times before but have never sat in the Wimille Tribune 11 grandstand ( only the Dunlop and Maison Blanche. Is there a giant screen opposite Wimille and if so, will we be able to see the screen and if its there is it pointed towards us or at an angle away from us.

A question for you. I have been going to Le Mans since 1996 and have always had a seat in Maison Blanche. I rate it the best of the all grandstands because of being beside the Ford Chicanes, opposite the pit entrance and the view all the way up the pit straight. It's also not too far from The Village etc. I see that you have been to MB too, and also other grandstands. What do you think of MB? Is it as good as I think? Are there better and if so where? I realise that there is no giant screen to be seen from MB but Radio LM is great and good enough for me.

Lagache is good. My son and I were there for Le Classic 4 years ago. It's good for pits action and the sounds of those great classic cars! R.

Tribune 11 is the one right down the end (or start) of the line by the looks of it, so you may be able to see the big screen at the pit-entry end of the main straight. All depends exactly where they put it. If it's opposite the Maison Blanche tribune (10) you should be OK but if it's further up you might be at an unfriendly angle.

From memory your main problem in tribune 11 is the lack of a roof - you either get soaked or roasted depending on the weather.

Personally Dunlop - you get to see the cheese eating surrender monkey driver's natual sense of direction (or not).

Which shows they HAVE renumbered the stands. Bloomin' French.

Good to see they will have big screens down at Mulsanne/Arnage this year - at least I don't remember them last year (just having to stand at a jaunty angle to keep a radio Le Mans signal on my little radio).
