Then why is the Vastern Road (Reading) Talivan now parked on the Westbound carriageway, but perpendicular to the carriageway.

It is hiding it's police marks on the rear of the van whilst presenting a blacked out window to both carriageways.

This van is now capable of catching speeders on both carriageways, travelling towards or away from the van.

btw - it's catching people on the Eastbound, heading towards it according to my detector

Email being fired off to TVP now!

I can guarentee they'll be there this weekend, along with 80,000 out-of-town visitors for the festival

KERRRRRRCHING $$$$$$$$$$

PS - that's why I'm leaving for the week!
PPS - Network Rail have closed the Reading-Paddington Line too, more drivers, more mayhem - doubt you'll beat 30mph on Vastern Road

I was passing through a small village near Weymouth 2 weeks ago and suddenly saw a small black box on a tripod on the verge - i looked down a sidestreet and saw a talivan hidden away from sight!! Cheeky bastards - most people wouldnt even have seen the innocuous little box, but luckily i wasnt speeding anyway.

Why didn't you jump out and pinch it then, and chuck it in the harbour?? Following good german practice here, if it's unmanned (not too near) they had some pinched that ended up in the Rhine... the present low water is bringing them to light!!
