What do you think of the following, which I am tempted to buy for SWMBO.

It has had 7 owners, recently replaced rear plastic screen, and is in very good condition. Quite impressed with wheels and paintwork.

Only thing I can find wrong with it is some slight wear which is to be expectedm and a small crack in the front windscreen - which will knock some cash off the overall price. Do good cars really come so cheap?

Also, I have been told that iof the cambelt has not been replaced recently, that they will do this for me along with MOT ing the car...

I am severely tempted...

Looks like a good car. You can get newer ones with lower mileage and in VVC spec for less money though.

Does it come with a warranty? This could be worth the extra asking price if it has a long warranty...

Quite a lot of miles for the money, especially for a 1.8i rather than a VVC...

Mind you, I don't neccesarily see that as a bad thing as if it's tidy, there's service history and there's no evidence of (for instance) serial HGF episodes it's probably been well looked after, well maintained, had any teething problems nicely sorted, and may well be less likely to give trouble than a low mileage car of the same age...
