hi my v6 mondeo apears to be throwing steam out of exhaust but i am not losing water has anyone any ideas to solve problem thanks john.

Mine does it but only early morning mate.

Yep, condensation in the exhaust. Its been chuffin cold these past few days!

unfortunately it still throws out steam even after a half hour or more

The V6's always chuck loads of steam out-if you not loosing coolant then there is nothing to worry about-that's the only place it can come from if the HG has gone. Duratec V6's tend to blow via oil gallery or to air in my experience-not loose coolant or oil/coolant mix...............
