looking for a trackdaycar

Goodmorning all,
need some advice, I am looking for a track daycar, to be used in Belgium on trackdays (Zolder, Spa etc..)

Have three options so far :
1. ERA HSS from 2004
2 Tiga Formule Ford 2000 from 1978
3. Jedi equiped with CBR 600 engine

WHats your advice, I am a novice at trackday, done only a few so far.
