Anybody use them?

Had a quote for a renewal off them, but i think it's a little high.

Anybody renewed with them and what sort or cost should i be looking at?

We use them and they seem OK for credit checking and company info, but you need to be careful when doing business with them.

What have you been quoted?

Don’t pay more than £200p/y or less if you sign up for a 2 year subscription.

Their prices are very negotiable. Be sure to get a renewal price agreed in writing before your current contract expires or you will be held to their standard fees which are extortionate. I know a company who didn’t do this and subsequently tried to cancel – it has got very messy and CS are taking them to court for the money.

They want £600 for a renewal.

I think i paid less than £500 last year.

I would just tell them £200 or forget it. There are other provders out there and CS are a very sales orientated outfit who want your business. This is the approach I have taken for the last 3 years and it has worked everytime.
