Head Chef Vacancy

Based in Southfleet, Kent.
We are looking for a Head Chef with fresh ideas, willing to drive our restaurant forward. Qualifications are not as important as a solid background within catering.
This may be suitable for a second chef looking for his first appointment to head chef.
We have an A la carte restaurant with 50+ covers, bar food menu catering for 100+ plus outside space with BBQ, and cover functions for weddings etc.
The head chef has full control over his team, all stock ordering, menu development, responsible for ensuring we meet all the current legislation.

Salary will be dependant upon experience, paid holidays, pension scheme after qualifying period, bonus scheme, training, and share save scheme after qualifying period.
