rofl I apologise in advance but I would be tempted to fit a new fuel pump not replace it with a petrol pump.....they are somewhat cumbersome by comparison rofl

Sorry couldn't resist!

Fuel pump is easy and can be done in an hour by a novice ... use the search facility for a step by step guide.

BUT

Roush will fit the exhaust and do the conversion and do a re-map as part of the price so that's what I'd do.

PS You're going to love it!

I wish the folks looking to buy my car would understand that! They seem to regard it as a chavvy mod rather than a life giving enhancement to an engine that previously has emphesima!!

My standard GTO3 now develops 390BHP and 360ft lbs after Rousch exhaust and remap.

Beware tho, I have just had to replace the diff. I have no doubt that the extra power had a little influence on it's demise.

I fitted the exhaust myself. Easy once the old one is off. Don't bother trying to undo the existing bolts, get a grinder to them and save the skin on your fingers.

You will need access to a pit or get the car in the air.
