Just browsing ebay, as you do, and found this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/_Cars__BMW-528iSE-A-OUTSTANDING-EXAMPLE-FSH-NO-RESERVE_W0QQitemZ150250538043QQadnZCarsQQadiZ3368QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item150250538043&_trkparms=39%3A1%7C65%3A7&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14.l1308

Looks amazingly tidy for it's age, what sort of price do you reckon it will go for? With the Alpina extras, I reckon it stands out more than the standard Sport model and with them fitted from new will this improve the value?

Thanks, Arry

There was no 'standard Sport model' in 1997 - it didnt come along until late 1999 and stands out more effectively than the subtle Alpina given it looks as near as makes no difference identical to an M5.

Thats a very tidy Alpina wanna be, but i cannot agree with the sellers valuation £3995? I 'd pay no more than £2.5k

As nice as it looks the 'Alpina extras' really amount only to a front and rear splitter and some nice alloys.

And the full alpina suspension.
