Clutch disc for my TVR Chimaera 450 99er Serpentine
Discussion
Dear TVR enthusiasm sharing community,
I wonder wheether I can get a reliable Borg&Beck clutch disc article number to order for my 450 Chimp.
I think that I could even replace it with a clutch disc for a Chimaera 500 in order to gain more resistance to wear and tear.
Or does anyone recommend another clutch disc.
Generally I wonder whether I can get reliable article numbers to buy directly from the producer and not to depend on stock availability of registered TVR repairs.
The one I am replacing now after 37000 miles shows "Borg&Beck" "53823" and "unreadable symbol 23E504".
Please help!

Received an offer from Andy from TVR Power who was recommended by Keith from Clevor Trevor. He advised to take a new complete and stronger 500 clutch (plate, cover, bearing) instead of the feasible but not perfect alternative of a 500 clutch plate (disc. Cost: GBP 220.- plus VAT plus freight. It is a licenced AP Racing product for TVR power.
