If all else fails in the search for a complete one, manufacture is an viable option. Anyone know where such a beast can be found??

Intend to run remote filters and have bonnet modified to clear carbs and an air box up to 6" deep. The carbs are on a correct equally spaced manifold.

John's engine is a very rare diesel blocked variety with large clearancesbiggrin and only John can get it to rattle past 7000RPMhehe

I do believe that Ric wood were able to expand their entire engine machining and casting facilities entirely due to Johns expenditure. Be very careful with john though. Once he finds out that he has befriended a like minded tractor engine enthusiast you will get no peacesmile

That engine is obviously from a Fordson Major, they had blue engine blocks and 4 pulleys to drive the threshing machine

Its also a little known fact that when removed, the belts when measured end to end stretch almost all the way round Mr Livesys beer fridge.
Wasn't it a roadmaster that had the blue threshing pulleyshehe

Car is coming along but a little frustrated as to my progress at the moment
