Extra Income...

I'm a 26 year old graduate working as a relationship manager for a large household brand. I love the job but would like to supplement my income with another job. This supplementry income would fund a summer of track days and associated costs. The other way I'm viewing this would-be second job is as a good filler of time. Given I don't play golf and have a girlfriend that works in the restaurant industry (mainly evenings) I have quite a bit of time to myself during the week and at weekends. I figure this time could be better spent earning rather than frittering away.
I'm based in Hatfield (Hertfordshire) but would travel a reasonable distance for a second job. Ideally this job would involve some driving, interaction with others and maybe even some use of intiative!
Any input or offers would be grately appreciated.

Bar work is usually good fun, providing its a nice little pub and not a full blown bar/nightclub.
