i have an e36 316 that i bought last year for £2200 with 75000 miles on the clock and in good condition

my guess is that £1600 is on a bit of the high side, but as regards to the engine ive done 15000 miles in the last 12 months in mine and nothing whatsoever has gone wrong with it (touch wood)

ive seen on autotrader you can get good examples with a lower mileage for around the 2 grand mark, because i was looking at selling mine soon and was interested on how much it was worth

but if it is in good condition i dont think they will go much lower than that

what year is it?

That is a lot!

You can have my '93 318i (150,000 miles and still sweet) for £500 and spend the rest on insurance and an M3 bodykit!
