I've got these at the moment which really suit the car but I would love to get a 9.5" version so I can fit some fatter tyres.

I don't really want to pimp my ride so what are the options?

Also, can anyone recommend a mobile arch rolling service?

DO NOT roll your arches!! unless your willing to have the arches re-sprayed as they will ripple! Theres 3 layers of metal in places and they simply wont roll smooth... I know, I had it done! and the guy was ever so carefull!!

Much better to disc cut the lip back then waxoil everything. I tickled mine up with a dremel to get the 10" rims on the back in.. smokin and it cut the sheet steel easy. Just take your time doing it and all will be fine, rush it and you will pay dearly.

Oh and as far as wheels go, anything is possible if you go down the split rim route, 1 piece are few and far between in anything bigger than 8" wide for the Ro.

Yep - thats mine. Looks better in the flesh mind you. Also has 25 profile rear tires now as those 30 proofile were catching the arce still. Just lears everywhere and does not rub at all now! smokin

nice. So did you get the arches rolled and resprayed? I'm not confident enough to take a dremmel and angle grinder to mine.

Got them rolled and the outer skin was rippled even though the guy really did try hard to be carefull. Ended up having the arches smoothed and then resprayed at great expence by Vauxhall. Cost about 2.5k for that little exercise when cutting them off would have been sod all! Oh well.

If you disk cut them be carefull to not get it to hot! A dremel is fine as its such a small disk so not to much heat buildup.
