ST200 abs /traction control problems

Hi my Mondeo ST200 ABS and Traction Control lights don't come on when ignition lights are on.No sign at all.The traction control button doesn't even come on when pressed.However the handbrake light stays on when being driven.I've checked the relay in the fuse box compartment under the bonnet and also the fuse near to the glove compartment and both are fine.Could any one give me any info which results in the problem thanks
