I went on holiday for 2 weeks, but the day before I left, I posted an item back to Amazon (fully packaged, order reciept, etc), and have not recieved my refund.
Does anyone know how long Amazon takes to refund customers?
I had mine on the day they recieved it. If it has been two weeks I would give them a call. They have a very good call back system actualy and they're usually quite helpful at rectifying any problems.
