The rubber boots on the drives ..... ?????
Discussion
This may seem like a stupid question but ..... hey, I don't care 'cos I don't know the answer.
What exactly are the rubber boots on the two drives called?
Are they CV joint boots or drive shaft gaiters?
Both are listed in the "equivalent parts" thread and I'm not sure what to get.
Anyone know the exact Ford (or other) part number?
Thanks in advance.

They're Drive Shaft gaiters, from the last of the old Ford Granada's.
PS .... But maybe on the Granada's Ford call them CV Boot Gaiters
I think my local Ford garage got an extra from The Muppet Show and stuck him in the parts department.PS .... But maybe on the Granada's Ford call them CV Boot Gaiters

As it's not a Ford he doesn't want to know about it.
Is the car they come from one of the Scorpio things or was it just called a Granada?
Also approximately what year am I talking about?
