Well not quite on fire when I went past(got your attention though), but it had lots of expensive looking smoke coming from the engine bay.

It was on pulled up almost on the grass verge between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge around 11am today. There was a dark coloured BMW E46 coupe parked in front of it.

Ive never seen one in this light Grey colour before, and certainly never seen one with this much smoke(that isnt from the tyres).

Anyone know anything???

Well, I am glad to hear that the Enzo was not on fire, I know a clutch will be expensive, but glad it was nothing more terminal.

Hi Dion,

What your take on the Spyker? Saw one on the M3 the other day in silver and i was just amazed. Really had no feeling or like for the car before but now cant get it out of my head. Are they so rare that they wont lose much or are they just like any other car in your eyes?

Honestly i thought it had so much road class, i felt like i was driving a escort convertible as it thundered past!

I think they are great looking cars (especially the interior). For the man who has been there and done the Gallardo and 430 Spider ownership route they are a interesting alternative. I havent driven one so cant comment on what they are like on the road, but a lack of cars on market and instant classic styling should give them good residuals.

Service centre is at Broughtons Bentley Pangbourne, I used to be in charge of servicing down there, and as for what are they like to drive, they are stunning.

No gizmos, just you, the car and the throttle.
Quite unlike anything else, but beautifully built and supported from the factory.

Tommy Wareham is the chap in charge of them now, both selling and service, and he is on here as TWareham.
Give him a call, he will be happy to help.

Cheers,

Alan.
