The most impressive thing for me is that he stuck with it and still ran an 8.3 at 186mph! I suspect most of us mere mortals would have been off the throttle and idling through at that point...

I wander what the cause was of this wheelstands, was it just the change of tires?

It happened to my once to, when I tryed a small nitrousplate on my Nova
It flattened the headers and the oilpan...

It's looking wild in a picture though! smile

I do not want to start another thread,
and hope that redvictor has time to read here :
what a bummer with your engine,
do you still need cash and/or parts donations to make it to the
"King of Europe" and the US race ?

it wasn't exactly what i had planned Benni...
I won't make the KOE,i just haven't got the parts yet,and with one week to go i can't rebuild in time. However i am trying 100% to make Canada.Parts are not a problem...paying for them is.
What do you have in mind?

Ouch! I heard about it the other day from a guy who was at the PVS.

I'll happily make a donation (albeit small), but Mr Frost doesn't seem to possess a Paypal account.

PM or email me Andy and I'll send you cash. That car MUST go to Canada!
