I say at last... God the nottinghamshire force are very efficient. I sent my NIP back and within 3 days got the offer through.

Anyway. They are offering(!) me 3 points and £60 for doing 69 in a 60. Bugger - dead on the line of 10% +3 mph.

Guess I will accept it as I have no wish to go to court.
