Paint Code

Hi all.

Want to get the front of my car tided up, but local garrage I use cant find a paint code that works on there system.

Does anyone have any codes for Rosso Pearl (I think)..

What system does it work on??

Is it a Rover color??

LOL...I bookmarked that page for future ref then realised there isnt a code for sunset pearl...doh!

The paint code designation:

TVRxxx - TVR's own colour, normally custom mixed from PPG paint.
Pxxxx - Normally PPG paint code
Rxxxx - R-M paint code

Unfortunately Rosso Pearl is a 2 stage-pearl using a pigment that degraded/bleached very badly under UV. Therefore is doesn't matter whether you can get a paint code as any standard mix won't match what's on the car. This means you are into manual tinting. Added to that a 2 stage pearl is one of the worst paints to try and blend into.
