Mine could do with changing. I'm thinking of replacing with standard...
Can anyone tell me what the original drop links are from?

I'm not intending to go down the Steve Heath route as I'm worried about firming up my ride too much and/or getting extra noise.

Advice much appreciated
Cheers

Your call, but I don't think either of those are valid concerns.

Mine is quieter with the steve heath jobbies as the originals were squeaking over every bump. And it doesnt make the ride any firmer it just massively improves the handling round corners.

I have the Steve Heath jobbies front & rear.

I sprint & hillclimb.

There are no, repeat No, additional noises or harshness.

Just more control, precision/repeatability and feedback.

No inducements either, which is most disappointing.....!!

I agree with the comments above. I've got the Steve Heath items front & rear and I'd highly recommend them. You just need to take time when fitting them to get them aligned properly.

Get the Steve Heath ones - no brainer. Much better than the original, can adjust to get the best fit, look good and rose jointed so will last longer. Much better feel and response when fitted and very good price too.

Aonther one with thr drop links front and rear.

Pulled off my old drop links (which had seen better days) and could hardly believe they are designed to do the same job.

Driven around with then for the last year and no additional squeeks or rattles, if anything there is less.

For what they are worth, just get them in.
