Servicing my Nissan 200SX S14a this weekend - what's the best type of oil to use?

fully Ester Synthetic 10/40 5/40 10/50 would be fine - most people swear by Silkoline - but I use a cheaper Cracked synthetic and change it regularly.

I agree with the above.....Silkolene Pro S is as good as any.
