Business Banking - best overdraft rate

Would anyone have any advice on the best OD rate I could expect from a bank?
The first figure I have been given by LTSB is base +3% but I hope to do better than that.
Are there any tips for getting the best rate from them on any other options I should consider?
OD will upto £250k secured on property.

My OD rates have recently been reviewed/increased

Now paying 2% OB for OD and 1.25% OB for loan
