Changing a steering wheel... boss's, hubs, momo vs personal?

Hi guys,

I have a tam and I want to ditch my personal steering wheel. I have done a little bit of reseach and found a OMP wheel I want. The OMP wheels seem to have a different set up to the personal ones. I have found a hub to convert the personal boss to a OMP friendly one but didnt know if this is a bodge or not?

TVR Power offer an aftermarket wheel. They will probably know the answer to this.

If it helps, the column is off a Ford Focus or Mondeo (not sure which).

Momo Trek is the job and looks well against the alloy indicator stalks. There are enough holes on the boss for it to fit correctly, but you will have to mark up and redrill the dash switch plate that sits between the boss and the steering wheel as the personal is a two hole top flange pattern and the momo is one hole TDC. Hope that helps.

Yes I think I should have gone with the trek but I've gone for a OMP racing wheel that is a bit smaller. I want to change the bit between the boss and wheel to a aly one now!
