The only cool way to do this would be to have it the other way round - M5 running gear ina 520d body, but the M5 is subtle enough anyway, so that would be pointless.

probably wants to get rid of it as its too recognised by the old bill that must have pulled it countless times for that totally ridiculous number plate, i assume its meant to spell "MAFIA what a joke, i ve seen some "altered" plates in my time but that really is something..... why the hell someone would want that plate in the first place is baffling, you really wonder what it says about the owner, particularly to a prospective buyer of the car, i reckon it would put a lot of people off.

The seller himself says its a replica, not a conversion. Lots of people do it. I wouldn't do it, but I think it still looks good.
