anyone using 4, 5 or 6 point harnesses in an E36 coupe?

Tried asking on the E36 forum with little luck, so trying here now.

Due to the multiple pressing construction of the E36, I'm struggling to find a location for the shoulder straps that I'm happy with. I'm a little wary of using the rear seatbelt mounts in the centre as it'll leave a fairly tight angle between the seat and strap.

Has anyone found a strong, accessible place in the parcel shelf area or somewhere near the spare wheel well for a spreader plate and eye bolt?
