I've been threatening for years to do one of those high performance road driving tuition sessions. Has anyone here done one, and if so who with, was it worth it etc etc
Any comments/recommendations appreciated.

Don Palmer is top drawer... runs a course to suit your needs/budget at Bruntingthorpe Airfield. You'll learn LOADS. www.donpalmer.co.uk/

Other than that, employ someone like Michael Caine (not as in Get Carter, but as in the GT driver) on a track day - he'll meet you there, assess your driving, and make you shed loads quicker.

Be warned... ask Don to teach you how to master sideways, and you'll get through a set of tyres in a few hours. (But what hours!)

Did Don's wet handling course a few years back. Well worth doing.

Also consider Ridedrive courses. Different sort of course, but still worth it for road driving.
